PILATES MAT

This all-levels class is based on the intermediate Classical Pilates mat sequence sprinkled with contemporary variations and creative surprises.  There is strength in numbers in these fun and challenging classes :)  We do lots of overall core strengthening and explore general principles of alignment, stretch, balance, and control.
 


YOGA


WAKE YOUR SOL
This mixed level class consists of a slower Vinyasa flow with gentle twists and rhythm. Connecting the breath through different postures will help to bring awareness and vitality to the body, energizing you for the day ahead.  Blocks, straps and bolsters are sometimes used for modifications and restorative poses.
 

YOGA TUNE UP®
ROLL & RELEASE
Recover from the physical demands of life by exploring tools for self-care.  In this class we utilize grippy Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls to roll out tension, improve breathing capacity, break dysfunctional movement patterns, and provide invaluable insight into your anatomical architecture.  Spend some time rehydrating your fascia and releasing painful trigger points.  Gain mobility and resiliency through self-massage, exploratory movement, and conscious relaxation. No Yoga experience necessary, students of all levels are welcome!
